Reny and Lady...

Hanging out in the warm sunlight!  Lady has been nesting (scratching in her whelping box to arrange the towels the way she wants them), but still not in labor….

SNOW DAY!!!!

Jada, Star and Reny out in the snow!  They love it!  Star and Reny were snow puppies…they experienced one of our biggest snowfalls in recent years when they were about 9 or 10 weeks old!  They loved it then too!

The whelping area is all ready--- so now….we wait!!!

Lady is due in about ten days so we are giving her a little time to acquaint herself to the planned nesting and whelping area!   Monday she will have an X-ray to see how many puppies she has.  This should be an accurate count of the number of puppies.  She has been bathed and clipped to prepare for whelping!
